Suddenly No Longer On Amazon Unlimited

My original publisher, Itoh Press went out of business last year. The owner did not take down all the ebook copies of Suddenly and I couldn't find them all, so Amazon is not going to allow me to have any of my books on Kindle Unlimited for the next year. I will be loading them to other venues like Kobo, Barnes and Noble and the like. I've reduced the price of Suddenly from $3.49 to $1.99.

I'm still working on the next story of Jamie and P. J., but there are only so many hours in the day, and I have too many projects going on. :( Please stay tuned for more news to come.

Today is the last day to enter the giveaway for an autographed copy of Suddenly.

I'm giving away 3 print copies of Suddenly to whoever guesses the closest the number I chose a few weeks back. The number is between 100 and 999. Email your guess to metudor.com@gmail.com by midnight tonight! I will be announcing the winners tomorrow morning.

Due to the overwhelming responses from my survey at the end of It's All New, the next Jamie and P. J. story will be at least 50,000 words long. For those of you who've followed this blog you know I've been working on this on and off ever since Suddenly was originally published. My goal is to have it done by the 1st of April. It will be about the rest of Jamie and P. J.'s first year of college together. Check back for updates of the status of the story.

The Fans Have Spoken

A few months back I published a few chapters of The Circle of Confusion series and put a survey at the end of the book. I wanted to get your feedback about whether you wanted the story in short chapters or a long book, and the long book won. I really appreciate everyone who took the time to take the survey. You input is very important to me.

Since the majority of the people who took the survey said they would rather have a long book than short chapters, that's they way I'm going to continue with the story. I'm working on a different story right now, but The Circle of Confusion is next.

Some of you may be wondering why I've titled this story The Circle of Confusion. Well, to be honest, it worked at the time and I'm not sure I'm going to keep it. But, my original thinking was that the story would deal with all the confusion Jamie and P. J. would face in their new life. Anyone who has moved away from home and started out on their own knows how scary and confusing being faced with real life situations can be. Jamie and P. J. are going to meet new people and have new experiences that will make them question everything.

SPOILER ALERT: Regardless of what I may put them through, I will keep them together. It's my firm believe that LGBT youth need to know that they can meet their soulmate at a young age and be together forever.

Almost ready!

I've finished editing the first episode of The Circle of Confusion: It's All New. I'm asking for a few beta readers on Facebook and working on a survey to go with the story. I'm also working on the cover. If this is your first time visiting here, you can go back to earlier posts and read my beginning efforts of creating this series.

Suddenly Available Again May 31, 2016

It's been a long, but enjoyable, journey re-working Suddenly. I didn't really change anything, just fixed grammatical and formatting errors. I will be officially re-releasing Suddenly on Tuesday, May 31, 2016. That is also my baby girl's birthday. She'll be 27 this year. God, I feel old. ;)

For those of you who haven't had a chance to read Suddenly, I hope you will check it out. For those of you who read it previously, I hope you will take advantage of it being available through Amazon Unlimited and check it out again. I'd love to hear how I did with fixing the problems.

The print version will be available by June 10, 2016 and I will be writing the series, The Circle of Confusion, telling about Jamie and P. J.'s life in college. I've been torn about how to write this series and I will be taking ideas from some of the stories on this blog. If the writing Gods are willing I'm hoping to start out by releasing an episode every two weeks starting on June 10th to coincide with the print release. I'm not going to promise that the episodes will come out every two weeks, at least not this summer. I will have grandkids just about every day so it's going to be a little crazy at my house.

I love hearing from fans and I hope you will write me and let me know what you think about Suddenly and the series, The Circle of Confusion. Write me at metudor.com@gmail.com. I always respond to letters from fans. Peace and love to you all. M. E.

Suddenly News and Upcoming Publications

The original publisher for Suddenly, Itoh Press, is going to be going out of business in the next few months so Suddenly will be moving to Tea Rose Books. It will be undergoing major editing and revisions. I expect the new version to be available close to the end of the year. I'm really excited about this because this book needs some serious editing. It's a great story and I love rereading it, but I want to get if fixed.

I would be focused on getting Suddenly reworked right now, but I'm in the process of finishing my new adult novel, Standing Her Ground. This is a story about a young lesbian mother who stands up to her parents and their church when they try to take her son from her. This is not a romance, but it has an important message about not letting someone push you around. It has a little bit of sex ( of course) and I think a lot of young women will relate to Jodi Nelson's (the main character) story.

Also, I'm editing the first part of The Circle of Confusion. I've decided to publish this in shorts from different characters point of view. The first story will be told from P. J.'s point of view and start at the beginning of the first semester of college. Please keep an eye out for this story. I think fans of Suddenly are going to love following P. J. and Jamie's story through college.
